While baby's away... mommy and daddy will play!
I need to point out the above photo of Mike... he almost always refuses to let me take a nice photo of him... and, I refuse to stop taking photos of him. The result: see above. SO, you will be seeing more of these... I'm going to continue to post his silly photos. ;)
We brought our poor neglected furry chihuahua child with us to a little wine bar. Poor lonely neglected Angus (he's not really neglected... he just acts that way).
Yummy treats. Not pictured here: the delicious S'mores cake I had. Whoa. Yum. More please. S'more please. Ha! ;D

So... this weekend my butt wandered out to my 10 year high school reunion. Whoa. I can't believe it's been 10 years already. Anyway... it was so much fun! I'm absolutely exhausted today... totally worth it.

I've said it before... Mike hates it when I take his photo! That would be why you hardly ever see him on my blog. :) But, I happened to just catch a sweet moment between him and Ruari. It's not the best photo ever... but, I love it. He wasn't making any silly/I don't want to be in this photo faces. Love it.
And, if you all get a moment....

{We wandered over to the Beaverton Farmer's Market.... which is so huge and awesome! One of the main reasons we went was to check out the local beef and chicken farmers. Were trying to switch over to hormone/antibiotic free range raised animals... and local! As much as I love fuzzy sweet animals... I do love to eat them. And, I want them to be treated well and taken care... before I eat them. :) There were actually a couple of farmer's there selling their meats that will be offering a whole butchered cow in the near future. We're thinking of splitting a cow with a couple of friends... we have a nice large freezer.... now breastmilk free... to store it in. ;D It was holding my massive collection of pumped milk... not anymore. ;D Happy Wednesday!}

Soooo.... can you guess which one of us wasn't very happy about the family photo above? ;D Mike's 2nd father's day was a lovely relaxing one. We spent the day out at my uncles house where I managed to eat 5 gallons of jalapeno popper dip that Mike made... not even joking... it was probably 5 pounds. I'll have to share the recipe... so freakin' yummy. I wish I had some right now... enough about that yummy dip... lets talk about my Living Healthy!
A quick update on my 30 Day Shred (which is more like my Every Day Shred since I've been doing it since the beginning of May. :D). I did actually put myself on a scale and found out I lost 5 pounds. BUT, it's not a weight loss thing for me. It's seriously how my clothes are fitting. And, they are fitting better! I'm so much more comfortable in my old clothes! Yay!
I've just moved onto Level 3 of the shred! Yes... it took me that long to get to it! I actually have to modify the workouts so I'm not jumping on my bad knees... Even though level 3 is WAY more difficult... I think I like it best of all the other levels! Maybe because it seems like it goes by faster? Hmmm... Ok, that's my update! This is one of my favorite photos of Mike... it was in April 2010 on our trip to Glen Eden Beach. Our lives were just starting to get back to normal... I was working through my post par-tum issues... while he was starting to feel better about how bad the birth went. It really was a lovely walk. Just the two of us and our dog... while my family watched Ruari.
